Repackaging, Kitting &
Private-Label Prep
Ship us your bulk supplier product. We open every carton, inspect every unit, rebuild it in your packaging with your labels and inserts, run it through QC, and either store it or ship it straight to your customers.
Everything between "bulk supplier box" and "retail-ready unit."
Pick the services you need. Combine as many as you want in a single job.
Private-label repackaging
We strip supplier packaging and rebuild the unit in your branded box, mailer, bag, pouch, or custom carton.
Labels, barcodes & compliance
Logo labels, SKU/UPC barcodes, batch numbers, ingredient lists, warning stickers, FBA prep labels — printed and applied per your spec.
Inserts & unboxing
Thank-you cards, instruction sheets, QR codes, tissue wrap, void fill, stickers, promo inserts — every unit finished the same way.
Kits, bundles & multipacks
Combine multiple SKUs into a single sellable finished unit with its own SKU, weight, dimensions, and inventory count.
Subscription boxes
Recurring monthly assembly with rotating components. We manage the schedule, the pick list, and the finished-good inventory.
Inspection & QC
Every unit inspected on intake and again pre-ship. Configurable checklists per job — damaged, mislabeled, or defective units are quarantined, photographed, and reported.
Photography & approval
Approval photos of the first finished unit before we run the full batch — so you sign off before we commit materials.
Storage & fulfillment
Store completed inventory with us and let us fulfill your customer orders through the same DropZillas engine — or ship the whole batch back to you.
Blind Fulfillment
Sourcing from branded retailers or suppliers such as Walmart, The Home Depot, Lowe's, Target, Amazon, or similar? Ship the order to DropZillas first — we forward the unopened retail product/package inside your approved outbound shipping so the source retailer isn't identified on the outer box.
From request to shipped unit in seven tracked stages.
Every job carries a live status, a QC gate before fulfillment, and full photo evidence at intake and first-article. You always know where your inventory is.
- 01Submit a request
Log in, pick the components, upload branding (logo, box art, insert PDFs), and describe the finished unit. Rush timing, private-label requirements, and any compliance labels get flagged here.
- 02Line-item quote
Our team builds a detailed quote: per-unit labor, materials, inspection, labeling, bundling, photography, storage, and any rush or special-handling fees. You approve before we schedule.
- 03Ship your inventory in
Send your bulk product to our warehouse. We generate a receiving appointment, log every carton against your job, and reconcile counts against your packing list.
- 04Intake inspection
Every carton opened and inspected. Damaged, short-shipped, or incorrect units are logged with photos and reported before we start production.
- 05We build it
Materials pulled, a first-article unit is built and photographed for your sign-off, then the full batch runs — repackaged, labeled, kitted, and QC-checked to your spec.
- 06Final QC gate
Nothing moves to fulfillment or shipping until required QC checks pass. Failed units are held, photographed, and dispositioned per your instructions (rework, return, or destroy).
- 07Store or ship out
Finished inventory is either stored with us (billed monthly per pallet/shelf) and fulfilled to your customers by DropZillas, or palletized and shipped back to you.

Blind Fulfillment
Buying products from branded retailers or suppliers — Walmart, The Home Depot, Lowe's, Target, Amazon, or similar — and don't want the original shipping box revealing your source? Ship the order to DropZillas first. We'll place the unopened product/package into your approved plain or branded outbound shipping packaging, add eligible inserts or packing materials, apply your shipping label, and send it to your customer.
Retailer names are shown only as examples of common retail sources and do not imply partnership, endorsement, authorization, or affiliation with any retailer.
What we do
- ✓Receive the incoming package from the retailer or supplier.
- ✓Remove or replace the outer shipping carton/mail packaging when appropriate.
- ✓Place the unopened retail product/package into your approved plain or branded outbound box or mailer.
- ✓Add your permitted inserts, packing slip, or packing materials when selected.
- ✓Apply the seller or customer shipping label and hand off to the carrier.
What we do not do
- ✕Open, alter, or modify the retail product or its contents.
- ✕Remove or cover manufacturer branding, trademarks, or serial numbers.
- ✕Relabel, rebrand, or repackage the actual product packaging.
- ✕Conceal the true origin or authenticity of the product itself.
This is privacy / source-masking for the outbound shipping package only — not product relabeling or brand removal.
DropZillas does not alter, rebrand, relabel, conceal, or modify the actual retail product, manufacturer packaging, serial numbers, trademarks, or product contents. Blind Fulfillment applies only to the outer outbound shipping packaging and approved fulfillment materials. Sellers remain responsible for ensuring they are authorized to resell the products they submit and that their sales comply with applicable marketplace, brand, and legal requirements.
Concierge Retail Pickup
Found inventory at a local Walmart, The Home Depot, Lowe's, Target, or another eligible retailer or supplier? Place the order for store pickup and properly authorize a DropZillas Pickup Agent when the retailer's pickup process allows it. We can collect the eligible order, bring it to our facility, and continue it through Blind Fulfillment using your approved outbound packaging and fulfillment instructions.
Retailer names are shown only as examples of common retail sources and do not imply partnership, endorsement, authorization, or affiliation with any retailer.
How it works
- 1.You purchase the item from the retailer or supplier and select eligible store pickup.
- 2.You add or designate the specific assigned DropZillas Pickup Agent as an authorized or alternate pickup person when the retailer requires it.
- 3.DropZillas assigns an approved pickup agent to your pickup request.
- 4.The agent collects the eligible order using the retailer's required order info and identification process.
- 5.The order is brought to the DropZillas facility.
- 6.We continue through the standard Blind Fulfillment workflow — only outer shipping, pickup, or transport materials may be removed or replaced.
- 7.The unopened retail product/package goes into your approved plain or branded outbound packaging with any approved inserts.
- 8.The final customer shipping label is applied and the order ships through the existing fulfillment workflow.

This service is not personal shopping. DropZillas is only picking up an order you have already purchased and properly authorized for release.
The seller is responsible for properly authorizing the assigned DropZillas Pickup Agent according to the retailer or supplier's pickup rules. DropZillas cannot collect an order unless the pickup agent is permitted to receive it and can satisfy the retailer's applicable pickup verification requirements.
DropZillas does not alter, rebrand, relabel, conceal, or modify the actual retail product, manufacturer packaging, serial numbers, trademarks, or product contents. Only outer shipping, pickup, or transport materials may be removed or replaced when appropriate. Sellers remain responsible for ensuring they are authorized to resell the products they submit and that their sales comply with applicable marketplace, brand, and legal requirements.
Common questions
▸Do I have to use DropZillas for fulfillment too?
No. You can store finished inventory with us and let us ship your customer orders, or we can palletize and ship the whole batch back to you or to a third party (including Amazon FBA receiving).
▸Can you handle my custom boxes, mailers, and inserts?
Yes. Ship your printed materials to us and we'll receive them into your materials inventory. We track them per job and reorder alerts are configurable. We can also source generic mailers, boxes, tissue, and void fill.
▸How do you handle damaged or defective units?
Intake inspection catches damaged supplier product before we build anything. Defects found during production are quarantined and photographed. You decide the disposition — rework, return to supplier, or destroy.
▸How fast can you turn a job around?
Standard turnaround depends on the job. Simple label-and-repack jobs typically ship within a few business days after intake. Complex kits, subscription runs, or large volumes are scheduled and quoted per job. Rush handling is available.
▸Do I need to be an approved seller?
You need a DropZillas business account to request quotes. The seller-approval workflow is the same as our wholesale/dropship service.
Ready to go retail-ready?
Approved business customers can submit their first repackaging request in under five minutes.
