This Prohibited & Restricted Goods Policy identifies items DropZillas will not accept, store, produce, repackage, blind-fulfill, pick up, or ship, and describes the consequences of attempting to route such items through DropZillas. It applies to all sellers, resellers, customers, suppliers, and agents interacting with the DropZillas facility or Services.
1. Absolutely prohibited items
DropZillas does not accept any of the following, regardless of service or workflow (fulfillment, repackaging, kitting, blind fulfillment, concierge retail pickup, custom / print-on-demand, storage, or otherwise):
- Counterfeit, replica, or fake branded merchandise, including goods bearing unauthorized trademarks, logos, or brand names.
- Illegal goods, stolen goods, or goods obtained through unauthorized means.
- Controlled substances, illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia prohibited by law, and materials scheduled under federal or state controlled-substance laws.
- Alcohol (beer, wine, spirits, and alcoholic beverages of any ABV).
- Tobacco, nicotine, vape, e-cigarette, and related products.
- Firearms, firearm frames, receivers, silencers/suppressors, ammunition, gunpowder, primers, and weapon components.
- Explosives, fireworks, and pyrotechnics.
- Hazardous materials / dangerous goods as defined by DOT, IATA, IMDG, and comparable transportation regulations, including but not limited to flammables, corrosives, oxidizers, radioactive materials, toxic substances, compressed gases (except as expressly accepted in writing), and hazardous lithium-battery configurations.
- Live animals, human remains, biological specimens, hazardous medical waste, or products that require cold-chain or regulated medical logistics unless expressly authorized in writing.
- Currency, negotiable instruments, precious metals in bullion form, or high-value items exceeding limits DropZillas may publish, unless expressly authorized in writing.
- Recalled products, products subject to a stop-sale order, or products with a known safety hazard.
- Any item prohibited by applicable law, marketplace or channel rules, carrier restrictions, or DropZillas facility rules.
2. Restricted / regulated items
Some items are not categorically prohibited but require regulatory compliance, authorization, or specific handling that DropZillas may not currently support. These include, without limitation, cosmetics with regulated ingredients, dietary supplements, food and beverages, CBD / hemp-derived products, plant/agricultural material, chemicals, pool/spa chemicals, aerosols, magnets exceeding carrier limits, and lithium-battery-powered devices above certain thresholds. Contact DropZillas in advance for a specific determination — do not send these items on assumption.
3. Authenticity and counterfeit — clear and strong
DropZillas takes product authenticity seriously.
- Sellers may not use Blind Fulfillment, repackaging, kitting, concierge retail pickup, custom packaging, or any other DropZillas service to conceal the source, origin, authenticity, or nature of counterfeit, replica, or otherwise unauthorized branded goods.
- Sellers represent that all goods they list, send, direct DropZillas to fulfill, or authorize DropZillas to pick up are authentic, properly sourced, and lawful.
- Customers are responsible for the legality, authenticity, proper sourcing, product claims, and authorization to sell any goods they supply or direct into DropZillas.
4. Do not send prohibited goods to the facility
Do not ship, transport, drop off, or authorize a Concierge Retail Pickup for any item that falls into Section 1 or that you know or should reasonably know is not eligible under Section 2. Sending such items without prior written authorization violates this Policy, the Reseller / Seller Agreement, and, in many cases, applicable law.
5. Consequences
If prohibited or unauthorized items reach the DropZillas facility, or are proposed through the Concierge Retail Pickup workflow, DropZillas may:
- refuse the shipment or pickup;
- quarantine or hold the goods pending review;
- return the goods to the shipper where legally and operationally permitted;
- suspend fulfillment on the account;
- suspend or terminate the account;
- charge fees for handling, storage, quarantine, disposal, or compliance work performed;
- preserve records related to the goods and the account; and
- report the goods, the account, and related information to brand owners, marketplaces, carriers, or authorities as permitted or required by law.
DropZillas does not refund shipping charges, prepaid services, or merchandise value for prohibited-goods violations.
6. Cooperation with law and lawful process
DropZillas will cooperate with law-enforcement requests, court orders, subpoenas, and other lawful process, including by preserving records, providing account information, and turning over goods when required.
7. Blind Fulfillment / Concierge Retail Pickup — additional
disclosure
Sellers using Blind Fulfillment or Concierge Retail Pickup accept that DropZillas' services do not extend the original merchant's authorization, warranty, or return responsibility to DropZillas, and that authenticity remains the seller's responsibility. Concierge Retail Pickup expressly excludes age-restricted, alcohol, tobacco / nicotine, firearms, ammunition, controlled substances, hazardous materials, and other regulated pickup items by default. Additional excluded categories may be configured by DropZillas administrators; the live list is enforced at request time.
8. Acknowledgment
Where a submission workflow requires it (for example, when submitting a Blind Fulfillment or Concierge Retail Pickup request), users must affirmatively acknowledge this Policy with an unchecked acknowledgment control before submission. Acknowledgment records are logged with the user account, the policy slug, the policy version, timestamp, and the context (workflow) so acceptance can be audited.
9. Contact
Questions about eligibility should be sent through the contact page before you send inventory or authorize a pickup.
